Monument Music was founded March 2006 at it's current location in Sheboygan, WI by Aaron Rossmiller. The name Monument Music being a throw back to our location's history as a monument company, yes head stones. Since it's inception Monument Music has quickly grown to become the Lakeshore's hottest and fastest growing music store. Throughout the early stages of our growth Monument Music was joined by Aaron's long time friend Matt Huber who quickly help set into the works many great ideas that have helped us grow to where we are at now. One of these great ideas was our very own custom guitar brand SheVegas(TM) American Guitars. The name derived from local slang for our hometown Sheboygan.
Monument Music looks to separate themselves from their competition by giving you the lowest possible prices, and by giving you a working musicians knowledge of equipment and usage. Aaron and Matt are both gigging musicians who are not only helping to build their local music scene, but they are also part of it by playing in local bands and setting up sponsored events. Monument Music's company tag line "Let's Make a Scene" is a call to action to all performing musicians to build a working environment in their locality. All of these ideas and our commitment to not being your Ma & Pa's music store has separated us from the vast majority of boring run of the mill stores.
